MEMBERSHIP

There are two main types of memberships in our Order, Associates and Initiates. Associates are pre-initiates, public laity, or people who just support our efforts but are not technically official initiate members of the Order.

Associates

Associates of the Order are non-initiatory, public laity, or a pre-membership category for lay people who follow our belief system or support our efforts, but who have not been through a physical initiation ceremony to be an initiate member. Associates of the Order are not technically considered members until they go through an Initiate Membership ritual. That being so, it is open to anyone 18 years of age that signs and sends in an Associate Pledge request form stating that they have obtained a copy of our Holy Book, have studied it for 11 days, that they accept the Law of Thelema, and will devote themselves to discovering and accomplishing their true will.

The fee for Associate of the Order is a $49 donation that is for a lifetime status as an Associate of the Order, as long as they remain in good standing, the cost covers the fees to create and ship their certificate. This fee can be waved, if authorized, for people in developing areas. If you ever decide to annul your Association just do so by notifying the Order's Secretary in writing.

Initiates

Initiates of the Order are people who have gone through a physical initiation ritual ceremony conducted by a properly chartered Initiator through a locally chartered Temple. Initiate membership is only open to members who are 21 years of age or older, of good report, that have two current members of the Order to vouch for their initiation, then fill out an initiation request form and pay the appropriate initiation fees that cover their initiation ceremony. Once initiated they can continue the Initiate process, have access to attend private events and be a guest at any officially chartered Temple around the world, or pursue ecclesiastical and administrative positions within the Order.
